Great, great buying experience! Micah was my sales person, and really great guy to work with. Hit it off with him right from the start. Went in with financing from my credit union but, Gary in finance got me an even better rate. He too, was very helpful at the time of purchase and after the sale. The Watermark’s “Warranty Forever” is a huge plus. Works with the Watermark dealer in my home town. A unique culture for buying a vehicle, emphasis on great service after the sale. Recommend you give them a try!

I recently ordered a key fob from Watermark Toyota. They stated they would call me when it was ready, but never did. I contacted them to see if the key was ready. I purchased the fob ($180) and ordered an additional manual key for the truck tailgate. Upon testing the key fob, it did not work, and a polite worker told me that the key fob needed to be activated. Upon entering the service department, I was told it would be an additional $55. ($63 in total) Frustrated, I agreed. Upon leaving, I left a 2 star review here on Google, as I felt Watermark was not up front about their pricing. Several hours later, I received a voicemail from Chris at Watermark, apologizing for the incident & offered to refund the $63 activation fee. I am very appreciative of Chris’ efforts, and willingness to make things right. Therefore, I am changing my 2-Star to a 4-Star review. It was still a bit of a headache, but I greatly appreciate the steps taken by Chris to improve customer satisfaction, and I would encourage other staff there to pause & take a minute, if a situation doesn’t seem right/fair to the customer, reach out/intervene in the moment. I feel as if I can now recommend Watermark Toyota, with the caveat, that when parts are ordered, the full “out the door” price be given up front, for each item to be in working order upon purchase. (ie: a key fob that actually locks/unlocks your car doors). Again, Chris, thank you for taking the time to make things right.
